It depends on the Land Record project. If fields are provided for a Grantor or Grantee Organization or Company, we typically do index a transaction like that. And often, if no fields like those are provided for specifically capturing Grantor or Grantee Organization or Corporations, we don’t index a transaction like you described.

But the instructions, including the What To Remember section and the Field Helps tell you what to do. So we need to see your batch, and you provided an incomplete or incorrect link to your batch.

Please, either post the whole batch name or the code at the end of the batch’s name. In the snip below of a batch name I’ve encircled the Batch Code to which @annewandering is referring.
