Improve Temple Experience by adding profile pic & facts on Temple Cards
Patrons want to connect with the people they do work for in the temple. I suggest allowing profile pic to be printed with temple name and a few basic facts about the person on the temple card. I believe this would enhance patron spiritual connections to the deceased leading to a better temple experience. How? Keep temple cards as they are but add a dotted line to separate a new section added to the left of the cards to optionally fold to the back. This would not change printing 3 cards/page. Initially we wanted to limit it to family name cards only, but we could do this to temple provided name cards, too. See below:
My husband previously was an intern with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in their computer security department. He has great ideas to easily implement this. He now works as a Principal Content Engineer for a major company and has the coding experience to help with this, if familysearch is interested.
We just aren't sure how to get in touch with the director of operations or engineer supervisors. Anyone have contact info for any of the leaders who work for familysearch?
