Needed responses from FS Tech (or lack thereof)
I've been encountering a multitude of needed corrections in the 1950 census indexing review. (Family Review) Probably a dozen today, I just added this comment to the most recent:
"It sure would be helpful to receive notice that these report are being rcvd. (and repaired).
FEEDBACK from support can be VERY helpful to your manual index checkers. At the very least, a note/explanation in the 1950 census community forum would be helpful!!!"
The primary problems today & recently were mainly due to Highlight migrations causing a missed line in the middle; they are NOT EASY to correct & often get 'closed' in the middle of the tedious corrections if the computer 'thinks' all lines are complete.
I'm guessing it may be easier to simply report the problem through the feedback link and let FS Tech handle them. Many of these problems seem to keep coming back, likely because currently I'm working on a very small distinct location & trying diligently to complete it.

@CaptBob, your feedback is being seen by engineers, I guarantee. Thank you for your suggestion to them to let individuals know they have received the notice. At this point we just need to trust they are working on the issues. Your suggestion is noted for updates on the Community page. Thank you.

@AndLinda , Hi, I was wondering if you could suggest to the FS techs to include an 'undo' button when the indexing program doesn't work exactly as we would like. This happens many times because of the highlights being slightly off. Thank you

@Angela Rasmussen_1, you can make that suggest so engineers will see it in the Feedback on the left of the page on the home page of the 1950 census. Thank you so much!
