On this batch, there's a spot where I'm not sure if its stating another family member's name, or if its a middle name?

The third name down says Julius Margolies. Then under that, "Mariello" is the one in question that I'm not sure if it should be a new family member name, or if its the middle name?

Thanks.

"Mariello" appears to me to be the next surname but has no other information. In the project instructions under What to Remember 8th section down we read: Do not index a surname by itself that has no other information on the image.

With that in mind the next entry would be "Marion, Lewis"

    Hope this helps
