What happens to my Uncle's profile page now that he's deceased

Who inherited his computer? Does that person have his passwords?
If your uncle's electronics are accessible, you can log in as him, see if there's anything there that you want or need, and transfer it.
If his electronics and/or online accounts are password-locked and inaccessible, then there's nothing you can do.
Either way, the answer to "what happens to his FS account and profile" is "nothing". They will just sit there, unused and invisible.
(This is just one of many reasons it's pointless to invest time and energy in one's private space on FamilySearch. Profiles for the living are just connectors or placeholders; they don't even need proper names to serve their purpose.)

as Julia points out - nothing per se happens to his account and profile
(other than if he was LDS - his account is locked when the church records his death on his membership record) if he was not LDS - than nothing at all happens . . .
but as I understand - what you are really trying to ascertain is what happens to things he uploaded using his account. That can depend on whether he was LDS.

For what it is worth, whether the contributor has an LDS account or a non-LDS account on FamilySearch, their "self" profile on Family Tree cannot ever be moved into the public tree space.

when an LDS person dies (and their ward membership clerk marks them as deceased in the membership database) - their LDS membership data (which includes birth info / death info and other vital data DOES become part of Family Tree)
(normally that would be some of the same data that the person has recorded on their profile)
