Hi, are you trying to hide fields that are not needed for your batch, or are you trying to delete extra entries as the number of entries set as the default is more than your batch requires?

If you want to hide fields temporarily, click on the three white dots in the blue rectangle at the top of the entry column. Then click on Show and Hide Fields. This function allows you to hide fields that do not have information available in your particular batch and makes it easier to enter the information available.

If you are trying to delete excess entries use the trash can icon in the tool bar at the top of the page. you have the option of deleting the current entry or all blanks.

    Hope this helps
