FamilyTree App will not allow me to login with church account

The FamilySearch account is no longer attached to your church account (even if you are using the same login information) - that changed last year (I think ... there is probably an article about the change in the FamilySearch blog/Help Center somewhere).
It should be a matter of using the correct account login information - there should be no difference logging in on the same account through web browser on your laptop or through the app on your phone. So likely the problem is just getting the same information typed in on your phone (which might be more difficult if your login uses any special character).
Anyway I think that is the correct answer - just make sure you type in the same correct login information ...
And if that isn't working - contact FamilySearch account help directly...

Latest update on FamilyTree App now allows you to sign in using either your Church Account credentials OR your FamilySearch Account credentials (they are not necessarily the same now!)
