FHC email account
As the only ward TFHC responsible for centre operation, should I have access to an email account which would receive information about changes, outages etc?
Is this an actual system still in use, or is this Community meant to replace emails?
I know this centre used to use an email account in microfilm days, but after covid closures and my calling about 6 months ago, I have no information about email access or use.

The T&FCs running our FHCs should have access to Family History Mail.
You must first open https://www.churchservicemail.org
and in the presented screen enter your assigned Centre email address.
For example in the UK where I am I would enter uk_leeds@familyhistorymail.org
This format may be au_(your centre name) etc, for you. I would private message @DianaHawks in Australia about your need to access the mail service you are entitled to.
