Premium Sites add-on not working for Firefox?
Is the add-on not working for Firefox? I followed the instructions and installed the add. However, I'm still prompted to download the extension when I go to the portal.
The add-on in Chrome works fine.
I'm a stake tech configuring new center computers.

As of last Thursday, the Portal Extension was not working in Firefox and this issue has been with the engineers since the 7th of June. I am hoping to check this status tomorrow Monday the 27th of June.
As you say though, the Portal Extension is working fine in the Chrome Browser.

Just a few days ago, we were told the Portal Extension for FHC computers and personal laptops (not mobiles or pads), has been updated from version 3.0 to version 3.0.1, to overcome bugs, so you or anyone should now be able to see the premium websites and browse the image collection normally.
Having said this it does appear that we still may have to prompt the Extension to working ability by clicking the Green or Grey Disk several times.
We are all waiting for consist operation of the Portal Extension.
