indexing numbers not showing up on phone app

My family have been indexing on their phones, and have been reporting that in June, the "stats" haven't been showing up. For example, my dad will index a batch of records and it still says that 0 records have been indexed in the month of June. He's tried signing out and signing back in and restarting and updating his phone. Anyone else having issues with this?
