Problem with new consultation program
On sunday june 12 i tried twice for google program 20 minutes consultation but i was the only one there what did i do wrong?

Did you schedule your consultation? You have to pick a subject and an available time for a future consultation.

The Schedule Now button as you scroll down the page provides details about how to schedule your consultation. If you continue to have a problem after you schedule your consultation and receive confirmation that an appointment time has been setup, you may want to call the Family History Library at 1-801-240-6996. Be sure you listen carefully to all of the prompt options so that you can at least leave a message to have someone call you back.
