"See who else is following" no longer available
I just noticed that the 3 dots next to the people I am following are no longer there. Has this new feature been dropped?

It does not show in all settings on the Following page. For example, if you change your settings (under Options on the right) to "View By All Changes," the 3 dots disappear. Re-select "Person," and the 3 dots reappear.
