Partner access discounts

Hi, I love having access to the listed partner sites. As I'm increasing my family history activity, I'm discovering additional tools like newspapers.com which is by ancestry. The question is would there ever be a consideration in working with ancestry to provide a negotiated discounted price for the premium subscription version of newspapers.com? I understand there is a 6-month introductory price which is helpful however I see my family history activity expanding beyond 6 months. I visit the fhc center often but it sounded like the center may only have the basic option. Second question would there be any considerations in having the fhc have the capability to offer patrons the premium option? Thank you for your time.
