Why do you mark certain persons as Read Only?

Family Search has marked Elizabeth Harrison M4MJ-KKJ read only and also her father Benjamin Harrison. I can understand why her father may be read only but don't understand why Elizabeth is also marked read only. Why?

    Members of well known families are often marked as Read Only as well. If there are errors you can contact FamilySearch with your data showing where there is an error.

    @ShirleyDenos

    I have requested that FamilySearch re-examine their criteria for marking certain IDs as read-only. Often, even the same individual has one ID marked as read-only, yet another (duplicate one) is free to edit. There have been many such queries over the last few months, so I would follow Anne's advice to query your example, in case an error might have arisen and this ID could be made available to edit.

    Sorry, Anne - I just re-read your suggestion and realise you were offering slightly different advice to mine! Yes, if Shirley has found some detail that needs editing, perhaps FamilySearch will be able to deal with this, even if the ID does have to remain locked to all but administrators.
