If you are addressing Gary Mathis, would it not be better to contact him directly?
Remember that this is not your tree or my tree - it belongs to everyone. I know that this can be frustrating when people make changes that are incorrect. But sometimes the changes you think are wrong may be right - it can give a fresh perspective. I had a case like this very recently.

Decades ago with all genealogy was on paper it was my tree. Then came PAF and it was still my tree. Then came the Internet. With all other programs it is still my tree. However, with family search it is now NOT my tree. It is everyone's tree and patrons who may have good intentions can do wrong things. FS has a message system for a wronged patron to contact the other party to try fix things up. The patron in the wrong needs to accept and not do the wrong again. Yet sometimes egos get the way. Should that happen report the wrong and all messages and FS will have persons contact the wronging party and see what can be done.

It is up to each one of us as users to make contact with other users who have posted information on the family tree that we have questions about. This done via the messaging system.
Each user can update and correct records that they believe are in error.
