.
Are you referring to an "Indexing" 'Group' in your Ward/Banch?
.
As far as making a member of an "Indexing" 'Group' as an "Administrator" (ie. Group Admins):
.
Then:
.
Go to you 'Group'
.
Go to "Options" = Towards the Top right-hand-side of page/screen, Select that.
.
On the 'Drop Down' Menu; then, select "Manage Members".
.
.
For the particular members of your "Indexing" 'Group' that/who you want to ALSO make "Administrators" (ie. Group Admins); then ...
.
On the far right-hand-side, select "Manage Roles".
.
.
A "Pop-Up" (or, aka, a "Modal") 'Window" will appear.
.
.
"Tick" (ie. "Check") the 'Box' for "Group Administrator"; and, then select "Apply".
.
All done.
.
But, remember, an "Indexer" has to Index over 1000 Records before they become "Eligible" to become a "Reviewer".
.
Just making an "Indexer" a "Group Administrator" will NOT give them the rights as a "Reviewer", if they have NOT Indexed over 1000 Records.
.
Here are some "Knowledge Articles" in "FamilySearch" on the matter:
.
How do I become an indexing reviewer?
.
Quote
----------
Group administrators cannot grant review rights to group members.
.
If you need someone in your group to be granted review rights before he or she indexes 1,000 records, send the request in an email to: fsindexing@familysearch.org
.
Be sure to include a justification as to why the person should have review rights.

What does a reviewer do in indexing?

I hope this helps.
