Click on Download Electoral Roll PDF. It is a link to the voter rolls in all the states of India, and the voter rolls include name, gender and age of the voter, as well as names of parents or spouses. Some of the rolls are in English, some in Hindi, and some are broken, but the amount of information available is staggering!
