Way to migrate sources to a new person
Occasionally where there are sources attached to one person that belong to two different people (For example Anna Johnsdotter - LHTN-4ZD had been confused with Anna Jönsson - GX8C-TTM - Identical birth dates, but different places and parents) as a result, sources attached to Anna Johnsdotter included sources for both. In creating the new person, it would have been nice to have the option under edit source to migrate that source to the new person. Instead, the only option I could think of was to create new sources for the new person, and then cut and paste the url, citation, etc, and then detach the source from the original person.

In the source's original (i.e. incorrect) location, click the title or "view source" to open the source, then choose View. Click "Copy to Source Box", then click the back arrow to go back to the Sources tab where you started. Open the source again and click Detach to remove it from the profile that it doesn't belong with.
Now go to the Sources tab of the profile where the source does belong, click Add Source, and choose Attach From Source Box. Find the copy you just made (it should be right at the top) and click "Attach" at the right. Optionally add a reason and click Attach again.
You'll notice that the copied citation has "Copy of ..." added at the beginning of the title; you can open the source and click Edit to remove that. (It's there to signal that if this was one of several instances of the same citation, it is no longer linked to the other instances. It's a detail that's generally only relevant to unindexed images or other non-individualized source citations.)
If it's an indexed record or other such individualized citation (i.e., it only applies to a single person), then you can remove it from your source box (since you'll never need it again): click your name-and-icon at the top right, choose Source Box, check the box next to the citation(s) you want to remove, click Remove, and tell it that yes, you're sure.
