How to put a memory private for a living individual

There needs to be a better explanation on how to privatize memories for a living person instead of

• "The memories attached to living and confidential people are potentially viewable by anyone. We recommend that you set the memories about living or confidential people to private."
• This gives no explaination of how to do it, where it is located and that it must be done for each individual memory. Please explain in more detail than what is listed above.
