Bug in Census interface

Both yesterday (on Chrome on Windows 10) and today (on Chrome on MacOS), when I try to proofread names, the dialog pop-up exactly covers the field that I am supposed to be verifying. I am unable to adjust the position of the box.

I will continue to try to help each day. I hope that someone is able to fix this bug soon.
