What instructional resources are available for Advanced Edit Mode?

I am doing Name Reviewing, but NOT in connection with the 1950 Census. In particular, I have asked to review names in documents for Puerto Rico, and largely find that I am given Catholic baptismal records to review. I'm not finding much in the way of instructions on using the Advanced Edit Mode. I have figured out as much as I can on my own, which has been a bit of a painful process. I need further guidance and questions answered regarding this feature.

What are you wondering? Maybe some of us that use the AEM can help out. I think I've gotten a hang of it and know how to use it quite well....or I hope I do :)

I'm trying to change the 'fact' that my mother was not the daughter of her aunt & uncle that raised her. I have a .jpg of her birth certificate, showing her real mom and dad. she was raised by her a & u because her mom passed when she was 2 after the birth of her brother. As her a & u couldn't raise both children, her dad refused to let them adopt her. She did love them and they raised her through school, some further schooling until she married at age 21. How do I change that??? Someone else just found the texas statement of her birth and not her original birth certificate and that's why (I guesss) they put her with my/her a & u as her parents!
