Add the 4 generations back into the descendency chart
While attaching hints I use the descendency portion of familysearch as that has always been the simple way of finding the hints that need to be attached and the information corrected. Yesterday I noticed that the 4 generation part was missing and I see that it is again. Please allow us to see 4 generations of descendents and work of that again.

It's still there, but it's now handily hidden away under an extra layer of mystery meat, so that everything looks as streamlined and empty as possible, the way FS likes it.

I totally depend on the Descendency 1-4 generation part in building my tree. It is so easy to look at each generation to find were work needs to be completed. Without this source it will cause more work as you will need to open each person to see if attachments need to be attached to the profile. I total agree with melvinclaudesmith1 that it should not have been deleted. Please reinstate.

@RHenley2 and @melvinclaudesmith1, once again: it has not been deleted, just hidden. (Apparently quite well.)
Look for the weird two-fish or two-eyes icon. (I think it's actually supposed to be a pair of sliders, like on an equalizer? Something like that.)

When using the "new" 1-4 generations on the descendancy chart, the drop down menu covers the right column of the page and will not disappear when page is clicked. This doesn't always happen, but much of the
time. This wasn't a problem before. Please, if it isn't broken, don't fix it!

@Betty Lundholm , I'm not having any trouble with the drop down menu disappearing. Sometimes such things are a quirk in the particular system you are using. If so, you need to post the device, operating system, browser, and browser version you are using so the engineers can try to replicate the problem you are having. If they can't replicate it, they can't fix it.
Sometimes it is an issue with cookies and cache not updating properly after the website has been updated. So do clear those and see if it helps.
