Recover Child's Account

I am trying to recover the password for my children's accounts. I know their username and it won't let me create new accounts for them because it recognizes their username and that an account is already created with the membership record number. When I go to recover password, it asks for a phone number and email address, both of which just link to my account requesting to change the password for my adult account. Can anyone help me out?

    Hello @Thunstrom, Scott

Go to the ChurchofJesusChrist.org site, click your name, then choose Account Settings. Then on the left side of the screen select Children Accounts. There are new options for creating accounts, authorizing accounts, deleting accounts and resetting passwords.

Otherwise contact FamilySearch Support - In FamilySearch click the Question Mark (top right of the screen), then choose Contact Us, then choose your location.

    Good luck!
