I am not sure what all of the abbreviations of town names might be. Is "C.Town" Churchtown, Ceciltown, or one of the Castletowns? Is there a way to tell? Should we put C.Town or leave it blank? Another town that is shown multiple times looks like "Laeth" but I can't find it on the list of towns.

You probably should share your batch code. The group of letters and numbers at the end of your batch title.

[MX59-T7N] it will look something like this.

Just copy it and paste it here with your question. Someone who is working on those records will be able to take a look and give you a good answer.

Thanks! I'll add that. The batch is: Ireland, Cork—Church Records, 1740–1913 [Part B][M3ZL-HBX]

I did open your batch and see what the problem is! My best advise, as I am no expert, is to follow the Help field advise:

You should expand abbreviations or correct misspellings when you can tell what the abbreviation stands for or what the correction should be to the spelling.

If you cannot tell what it stands for or what it means you should type what you see, so yes you would enter C. Town in the field.

I also tried to find a match for Laeth or Lacth or Locth. Nothing close! So you would type what you see.

Sorry I have not been much help. Hopefully one of the true experts like Melissa S Himes or Áine Ní Donnghaile will take a look and be able to give a better answer.

If you look in the Field Helps which are found after you click in the data field you are working on and then click on the purple question mark above the data field, the pop up instructions will direct you to a list of Cork County places. The field help will also tell you, if you are suppose to expand the location abbreviations or not.
