Family Search Upgrade(s) Or Downgrade(s)
Since when is a person not allowed to add a source after a certain time period, which I am guessing is between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm? How pathetic is that?
A person should be able to use whatever each needs to use no matter what time of the day, evening, or night hours, it is.
Where is the effective communication ability(ies)?
Where is the email address to the familyseach.org support staff?
Where is the toll-free phone number to call familysearch.org support staff?
Where is the human voice(s) that answers the toll-free phone calls, instead of a voice recording?
Where is the operating hour(s) for the toll-free phone number call(s) with familysupport.org support staff?
Where is the Live chat with a familysearch.org support staff?
Where is the operating hour(s) for Live Chat with familysupport.org support staff?
Where is one to turn when each needs to ask a question, receive guidance, or receive help from the familysearch.org support staff?
Where is the professional communication, assistance, guidance, help, and pleasantries?
Where is the evident upgrade(s), and what are they?
Where is the confidentiality? Where is the one-to-one support?
Just reasonable questions needing reasonable and informative answers.

Given that I despise phones, I have no knowledge or opinion to contribute to most of your questions, but the first one is a complete "huh??"
There is no time limit or other restriction on attaching sources or doing anything else on FamilySearch. Sometimes they run updates in the middle of the night, Utah time, and warn you that some functions may not work during the update, but those are temporary and occasional. The site is also particularly prone to glitches that browsers then "helpfully" propagate via saved files, leading to the oft-repeated advice of clearing said files (cache and cookies) as a first step in fixing any problems, but those aren't time-related, either (except so far as a busy time on your local internet access can lead to more glitches).
What happened that led you to believe that you weren't allowed to do something after a certain time?
