Why do I keep automatically getting logged out ?
When signing into FamilySearch there is an option to sign in for two weeks. Regardless of whether I choose this option or not, after 20 minutes or so of inactivity I get automatically logged out. Is anyone else having this problem ? How can I fix this ?

Yes - I have had the same problem for a few months now. It has been commented on before. I believe that it is on the To Do list for the engineers but am not sure how high it is on the list.

This is still a problem for me and very annoying. Can it be fixed? Or do I need to create a new account and not sign in with Google?

I don't use the 2 week log in feature but I am being logged out at 20 to 60 minutes and it will not allow me to log back in at all. Clearing my cache and turning off the computer and turning it on again makes no difference. This is a new issue on my home computer. I plan to visit a library and see if this issue is also on their computers. Using different browsers does not work either. I am in Indiana, so I don't know if this is a local server issue or what is going on. I do continue to get emails from Family Search however. I am very disappointed that I cannot research for longer than 20 to 60 minutes a day.
