How do we report an indexing bug - Algorithm is skipping remaining families

Please forward on to your software team: The algorithm is trying to be too smart and pre-supposes it knows which families are in a household. Even though there were unchecked names that needed to be grouped, the algorithm ignored that and exited the page early with a family of 4 unindexed. I tried to go back but couldn't... That was an indexing attempt made on my account at about 3PM MST (Mountain)
