I haven't indexed for nearly 40 years. I am starting with a beginners one which has 30 entries in the batch. The first lot is 14 entries across two pages, like an open book. My (rather embarrassing) question is - how do i go to the next page(s). I have checked al the icons etc and cant find the next page so I can carry on with the batch. Help please.

Thank you, Sandra

    Hi,

When you say that the batch has 30 entries, is this the pre-set number of lines that you are looking at? The actual number of lines or entries can only be seen when you look at the page or pages of the record and count them up - fourteen in your case.

You may well have less that the pre-set 30, in which case, just delete the lines that you don't need (trashcan icon), or if you need more lines, click on the add icon (+ next to trashcan).

Below is the link to a Knowledge Article that explains this in more detail.

Hope this helps. It's great to welcome you back after your break. Enjoy the work, it's still just as addictive and enjoyable as it ever was.

    Kind regards,

    Barry
