When completing the form for a "New Idea",

the last step requires pressing the "Save" button.

Please substitute the "Save button with a "Submit" button.

Presumably you would want the "Save" option retained for if / when you had need to edit your post. If "Submit" appeared after editing it could cause confusion to users - in thinking they might have submitted their idea twice. I agree "Submit" is a more suitable term for the initial posting of your idea.
