A friend is looking for a reputable and affordable translator of family history she received from her mother many years ago. The pages are fairly legible. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks for replying! Here is a sample page...sorry it is sideways!
That would be wonderful...I believe there are about 8--some are full pages.
There may be one or two possible persons available. First we need to have better copies of the document. I suggest your friend makes as good as possible scanned images (line endings clearly visible and lines horizontal). The translator could then try to first transform the text to editable format, so the translating work could be considerably easier (and cheaper). You or she can send the images by email to me: [email protected] Please notify me here when the images are sent. When this is done we will inform you if the persons available can then proceed and discuss with you of the practical measures and costs.
Images were sent to the email you provided...thank you for the help!
Please include here some photos of the document.
Yes it is quite a clear text. I'll take this to our meeting next tuesday to find out if someone knows any such for your friend. How many pages does the whole document have?
