PAF and Ancestral Quest have a "book" function that allows you to generate a "book" of ancestors or descendants with their vital genealogical information and pictures and notes. Does FamilySearch have a compatible function?

no such function in FS on line (and I doubt there will be any time soon)

BUT with a program like Rootsmagic or Ancestral Quest etc.

you can DOWNLOAD the people you want into your local database

and then generate the "book" from your local program.

(Downloading thousands of people from FS into your local database - is not "out of this world" - I have done it numerous times)

. . . though I dont think there is any way to batch automate the inclusion of things like photos and other media and I'm not sure about notes.
