When ever I try to search I get a 'ooops something went wrong' message, I can't get past the first page, I have been a member for years never had this problem before?
Please be sure you are signed into your account before you try to do any type of search. Often an "oops" message is the result of not being signed into the website. If you have not been active at FamilySearch for a while, the system can time you out. This means that you will need to sign in again before trying to do any research.
To help us investigate your concern, could you please post your exact search path? Are you searching for a specific person in our Historical Records? Are you searching for someone in the Family Tree program? Details about your research efforts and about your equipment may help us assist you. We look forward to your additional information.0
I do hope this link helps you.
