There are two child names given on birth cert. Do I make them separate entries ?

File No. [M3G6-RKC]. If so shall I assume double birth and include same parent names on both?

Also, knowing that "Sheyboygan City' is in Sheyboygan Co.; it's tempting. as useful, to use it in birth county. So I do.-?

Hi @James Forest Olson -- looks like you are reviewing this batch - if so the child's name is "Hulda" not Heulda --that's a little loop at the bottom of the H - often found in old style cursive ----- I would make one entry, like this: given name Hulda Francisca surname Horstman or Hostman because this is an Amended Birth Certificate based on "corrections made in 1954" and, I think, the time period when the child Americanized her name. You should delete the 2nd entry, leaving one only for Hulda Francisca.
