Viewing a record hint has changed and does not always work

In the past few weeks when I am attaching sources and click Record (use to be a quick way to see what is in the source) it tries to go to a separate page with a lot of details. This page has same look as the new Discovery page for an individual.

Sometimes I can view the record in Chrome browser on PC ... but the record NEVER displays on my iPad (I have tried with both Safari and Chrome browsers).

TODAY - May 23, took several attempts to get more than a blank page.

It is tedious to wait for the page, when in past could get a QUICK view of the record.

I wish we could choose to see the quick view or go to the detailed record page.

    @srfs

    Thank you for your comments about Record Hints changes. It is very different. You may wish to put your concerns under the "Suggest an Idea" Category on the right. That will get the attention of the engineers, and may bring about changes.

    You might try deleting temporary files and cookies, to see if your program works more efficiently. Enclosed is the article link, in case it is needed.

    Be sure your browser iPad is up to date, and the browser is the latest version. Look at the troubleshooting tips at the end of the article link above. It may be helpful.

    Good luck.
