I'm having technical issues with the FamilySearch website showing accurate info? Help?

My Grandmother has been deceased for several years and I've viewed her on my Tree in the past. However, she is appearing with a "Living" status now when I login but when others view her she is correctly showing as "Deceased". I've tried more than one browser to correct this issue with no success. Is there anyone who can troubleshoot technical issues? I'm beginning to experience other technical issues -I can't access accounts who I'm prompted to view via email notices.
