Still not working.

Everyone should let Family Search Support ([email protected]) know that I am not the only one with this problem.

It has been over a week now that this problem started.

When I use the combination of person, date changed, descending, I still get no results. When I use ascending, I get full results. But when I use the pull down arrow on the right and go all the way to the bottom, the results stop at may 22 as shown in the attached. That is the day my problem started.

I'll add my voice to the chorus. Been down for me for about a week.

Great. I don't know how to get it fixed other than emailing Support.

Following is an email reply from Support:
Thank you for contacting Family Search regarding the Following page.
Although it is not a universal problem, it has been a problem for some. The engineers are working on this. In the meantime, have you tried using a different browser? Edge, Firefox, Google or Chrome. Please ensure that you have the latest version or one version before. Clearing your cookies from your browser may help.. www.familysearch.org/cookies Click Yes to Reset. This clears the cookies in Family Search only.
Hopefully, the engineers will have this fixed shortly.
If you need further assistance, please contact the Community https://community.familysearch.org/en or call 1 866 406 1830

Hey great. Glad they are working on it as mine still does not work.
And yes I did all the usual fixes before I contacted them.

For the record, I replied to the above email from Support telling them that changing browsers, or clearing cookies doesn't help.
Testing the Following page again today I can now see results if I change the View By option from Person (default?) to All Changes, and Sort By set to Date Changed.
Maybe this worked the whole time (and I didn't stumble across this combination before). Or maybe the engineers have rolled out a partial fix.
I can still get an error message and no results by using different View By and Sort By options.

Yes agree with Pete on all points. If I use the person and date changed gives no results. If I change to all changes and date changed, I get recent results from the last few days only. Only goes back a few days and then locks up.

@HNWTX is correct. If I set View By option to All Changes and Sort By to Date Changed, I get results going back to May 22, 2022. Before that date..., nothing. The page tries to load more results..., but only flickers. As though it were having a fit.
May 22, 2022 is the date when the page was broken for me (during the last big maintenance period).

That is the day my problems started also.

Options set to All Changes and Date Changed, I see changes back to 3 April 2022.

With my settings the same as yours, I now only see changes back to 2 June 2022 though there was a lot of changes by one person.
When working correctly, the changes normally go back two months. So yours is working correctly and mine and others is not.

I tried different settings and at first I just got a list of the people I'm following with most saying "there are no changes to display." Then the list started blinking and went back to not working.

Mine is working . . . again . . . for now . . . but when I contacted support [on the 2nd] about mine not working [and having all of the issues y'all describe], I included a link to this discussion thread . . . and this is the response I just received from support . . . 😏
"Thank you for your message. The engineers are well aware of the issue with the Following feature and are working on a resolution for this issue. When we ask what the problem is, we learn, "It's broke." Thank you for your patience."

Mine is not working..., in fact it's kinda worse. If I use the following options: View By=Person + Sort By=Date Changed, I now get the "blinking, shaking" page effect as it tries to load, but never does. Before, I just got a blank results set.
Another email reply from support, in answer to my offer to supply screenshots and videos...
"The engineers have plenty of screenshots and information. They are now working diligently on this issue but we do not yet have a predicted date for resolution of this issue. Your patience is still requested and is appreciated."

The engineers must be tinkering this afternoon. Currently, the 3 dots to the right of the profile followed are not showing (all browsers).
This, in case I'm not clear.

OK..., it's working again. Thanks to all involved!

It's working for me this morning. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Yes working. Thank you to everyone who helped get this corrected including FS support.

I have gone in and cleared my cache, as suggested by Aine Ni Donnghale, and the 6/14/2022 weekly notification on changes done to people I follow still only allows me to see the first 5 people on the list of 50. The 6/21/2022 weekly notification shows I have 28 people and I can only see the first 5. The 6/28/2022 weekly notification shows I have 52 people and I can only see the first 5. I would really like to physically talk to someone who could help clear up this problem. Are there any phone numbers one could call?

The problem we were working on above was not the weekly notifications. That is a whole separate problem. We were not seeing changes on the people we follow when we tried to look at them on the website.

Displaying changes to individuals being "followed" is not working again for me. Must be Monday morning following familysearch maintenance with another resulting setback. Hope it gets resolved soon.

I had this same problem just this week and I have to say that disabling every single browser add-on did the trick for me (I use Firefox with an assortment of necessary add-ons but it was probably an ad-blocker). Hope others have luck with this tip.
