Format
Do not know about anyone else, but the new format is confusing. I started indexing quite some time back and frankly I love the part where I went in, found the country I wanted to do research in (Mexico, for me). Next I would go into the state and from there I looked for the city for church, baptismal, marriage, etc. records. It was so simple then. Now I do not seem to be able to do that.
I am presently indexing records in Spanish, but it seems that I cannot choose the country I want to work on. The system does not allow me.
Is anyone having the same issue?
Thank you for listening to me.

Hi. We no longer have the old "Find A Project" feature that allowed us to search by country (from a map, etc.) for a project to index. Unfortunately, it was not kept updated and was finally retired.
You can only search (under the current Find a Project) by language, difficulty level, and keywords. If you're looking for Spanish-language projects, set the language to Español /Spanish, and look through the results to see if your preferred country is among them. You can also type the country's name in the Search box, but it may be easier to see if your target country is among the Spanish Language project results. There are currently 17 Spanish Language projects representing the five countries: Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, and Guatemala.
