How do I report a systemic error?
The collection, Massachusetts Births, 1841-1915, Film # 004383939, when listed in the results of a search, is shown as: Massachusetts Deaths, 1841-1915, 1921-1924.

You have come to the right place, but perhaps should report this error under the "Search" category.
The problem should then be escalated (by a moderator) to the team that is able to correct this. However, this process might take a considerable time, as there are probably many similar errors. In fact, I'm sure I can remember this particular one being raised previously - if so, still not fixed, of course.
It might be a good idea to reference the URL where you are finding this (e.g. https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?q.filmNumber=4383939), otherwise it might be mistaken by someone (initially, like me!) as relating to a Catalog error.
