Cook County Marriages 1950, not all images are available
Went to a family history center and the only images that had a camera on them went up to page 21. 22 and up there was no way to see the images. Digital folder number 103377637. However, other people have access to those images, but we couldn't get them under either my name or the center's administrator's name.
We cleared all cookies and updated both Chrome and Edge browsers but could not see the images past page 21
The image that I need was on page 24

I looked in the catalog to review the film notes. This was my process:
FamilySearch.org/ click on Search/ then click on catalog.
Click Film/Fiche/ Image Group number/ type in 103377637/ click on title: "Illinois, Cook County, marriage licenses, 1920-1950."
I noticed that there are 38 pages of film details for this collection. The film we are interested in is on page 24 of 38. When I got to page 22 of 38, there were no more camera's under the format column. I assume this is what you are referring to above.
I noticed the red Noted: "This is a preliminary description provided to allow immediate online access. Images have not been reviewed."
I am not sure if the lack of "cameras" and the associated images is because they have not yet been loaded into this new collection, or if it is possible they are not available due to a privacy rule, or another reason. Maybe someone else can provide insight.

I am not connected with FamilySearch
I note the records are marriage licences, not actual marriages.
I note that digitised films which are viewable up to page 21 include records for both 1946 and 1947, and also the records on page 22 which are not viewable include both 1946 and 1947. In the past FamilySearch only provided details of marriages if they were at least 75 years prior and 1946/1947 is about 75 years ago.
However the fact that there is no clear cut cut off date makes me think that it is probably NOT a privacy issue, unless some of the marriage licences were valid for a longer period of time compared to some of the others. Or possible the records subsequently have the date of marriage entered, and the restriction is based on the actual dates of marriage, not the date of the marriage licence.
Perhaps however the issue is related to the fact that the catalog is not currently being updated. Perhaps when the new catalog is released (which from memory has previously been said will be this later this year 2022) there will be more records available to view.

Independent of whatever problems the catalog has, the specific film (https://www.familysearch.org/search/film/103377637) gives a message of "This image is unavailable for online viewing at this time". I think it likely is a privacy issue, because if I ignore the error messages and look at the Information tab on an image, it says "Marriage licenses, series 3-987, no. 2162500-2162999, 1950", which is only 72 years ago and probably still restricted.

I went to Images under the Search Topic and did a "Search More Image Options" then "Advanced Search." Then I typed the record number you were searching and it showed a total of 997 images. They are all marriage licenses dated 1950. I don't know specifically what you were searching for, but perhaps you could take a look and see if that will give you the information that you are seeking. (Note: these images were not available on a public account but would possibly be available at a Family History Center.)
Good luck!
