I WANT A LIST OF WHO YOU SHARED ORDINANCES WITH
When you share ordinances with someone, you get a notice in a small pop up window that the sharing with NN was successful, but there is no list that shows the people you have shared ordinances with. This can cause problems. Here is an experience from today's service as a FamilySearch support missionary.
A person was helping a patron reserve and print names on patron's tablet, and called me for support. We were successful with everything until they tried to print name cards for the last person. Then the ordinances were unintentionally shared with friends, and the person operating the tablet had no idea to whom the ordinances were sent. The plan was to do the ordinances next week, so it is important to get the name back fast.
If there were a list with recent sharings, they could easily track the shared ordinances and ask the recipient to return them.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
As an aside ...
Please be aware; and, advised, that ...
When, one "Shares", the "Temple" Work. with ANOTHER User/Patron ...
▬ There is a Two (x2) Week, "Window", in which the OTHER User/Patron has the "Option", to accept the Work.
.... ie. The Work (ie. 'Reservation') remains, in the "List", of the ORIGINAL User/Patron; UNTIL, accepted.
▬ IF, within, that Two (x2) Week, 'Window', the Other User/Patron, DOES NOT accept, the Work;
.... THEN, that "Share" is CANCELLED; and, the Work (ie. 'Reservation') is retained by the ORIGINAL User/Patron.
Whereas ...
▬ IF, within, that Two( x2) Week, 'Window', the Other User/Patron, accepts, the Work;
.... THEN, that "Share" is ACTIONED; and, the Work (ie. 'Reservation'), is passed to the ORIGINAL User/Patron
.... ie. The ORIGINAL User/Patron, LOOSES, the Work (ie. 'Reservation') ...
.... Meaning: They NO LONGER hold, that the Work (ie. 'Reservation') ... it is GONE ... to the OTHER User/Patron
Now ...
That Said ....
Such should be the case in the situation/circumstance that you details.
But ...
That Said ...
Just in case ...
IF, you are NOT aware, of who the Work (ie. 'Reservation') was "Shared" with, in the first place; THEN, ...
WHY don't you just take a 'look' at the "Ordinances" 'Tab', of the ("Deceased") individual/person, in question?
That way, you should be able to 'see', who NOW, holds tthe Work (ie. 'Reservation') ...
Just a thought.
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

Thank you for your time, Brett.
The deceased persons ordinances just showed that they were shared, and not to whom. I still think a list would be practical.

I did some poking around and I does seem that something strange is going on. You should be able to see who ordinances were shared with.
I started off on my reservation page:
Checked the box and chose Share with Individual:
Opening this box:
After filling out the form and clicking send, my reservation page looked like this:
Going to the person's FamilySearch Temple page, I now see this:
So the person you are helping really should be able to see who the reservations were sent to.
Also, I found and interesting feature with all this. When I click Resend either from my reservation page or from the person's ordinance page, I get this pop up:
If I copy the link under option 2 and paste it in my browser, even though I am not the recipient of the e-mail, I am taken to this page:
And I can click "No Thanks"!
Then when I go to my reservation page, I have the reservation back.
Even funnier, is that if I click the Resend link, I can enter my own e-mail:
and when I click Resend, I get the e-mail:
Clicking Review Temple Names brings me to that same page:
Where I can refuse them and have them return to my personal list:
So that patron should be able to both see where the ordinances went and should be able to retrieve them. I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact the person was working on a tablet and therefore probably in the Family Tree App rather than the full website.

Sorry about the couple of typos but if I edit, the images tend to all turn to those blue squares with hourglasses. Also, It may not be clear from the one image that on the person's ordinance page (S... is the name of the person I shared the ordinances with.
In any event, have the patron try the Resend link method of retrieving the ordinances and post here if those options do not work the way they do for me. I can't think of any reason why they would not.

Thank you, Gordon, for your answer and for poking around until you found something that might be of help in this case.
If I understand you right, it seems that if the recipient has not accepted yet, patron might be able to get the names back by clicking resend and simply send the names to herself or a helper who can then refuse to accept them, and she can then print the name cards as planned.
If I can get hold of her, we will try this.
