the wrong image wrong image, Film # 007613627 image 494 of 769.
Actual image is at Film # 007613627 image 493 of 769, record 1259.
I went to Image, Film # 007613627 image 750 of 769, looked for the first person in the Image Index, Mrs. Amelia White. She is not on image 750. I do find her at the top of image Film # 007613627 image 749 of 769.
I looks as though the index pages are offset from the image pages.
Earlier on that film the records are not indexed. The first indexed page (found by a quick search, not an exhaustive one) is image Film # 007613627 image 523 of 769, which indexes the names on the previous image.

@FLQR Thank you for reporting the inaccurate stitching of the indexed information to the images in the Washington Deaths and Burials record collection. Unfortunately, this is a very old collection. It was created prior to the digitization of the film images. The index at that time did not link to any images. An attempt was made to link the index to images after the films were digitized. And, as you have experienced, the attempt was imperfect. This can make the collection difficult to use. But you can usually find the right image by browsing through the images on either side of the one the system linked you to. We understand that engineers hope to get these legacy collections in better shape in the future, but we have no timeline for improvements.
