How to tag a document in Memories App

I can't find a way to tag a document or an audio in the memories app. In my phone, in the lower right hand corner, there is the person icon but when I click on it, nothing happens. It just says DONE and I click on that to go back to the document. Is there a way to tag it to a person and also make it public or private on your phone. I can make it public or private on my computer but not on my phone as far as I can tell.

As you may have discovered, in the mobile app, tags look like circles with a name beneath them.

To tag a photo or document using the Family Tree mobile app, the photo or document must already be tagged to someone in Family Tree. You can use the app to add more tags to it.
