When reviewing a batch in indexing I find that the in indexer has marked the fields blank when the instructions say to skip that field. Do I leave the word Blank in the field or do I delete it.? Also, please make it a little easier to find where to ask a question. Thank you

Thank you Melissa I always have deleted the word blank and it takes alot longer to review a batch that way but I read the instructions and it said to skip that field. Thank you again, that relieves my mind as I do not like to make mistakes on my indexing.

    You can do either.

In your entry screen, located on the right side, is a "Community Help" button. That will take you directly to this forum. If you are already here, it will be the blue "Ask a Question button.

You'll submit the batch without changes. If you feel uncomfortable, you can always return any batch for any reason.

Just for clarification, it cannot just be the word Blank. The command <blank>, using the icon or the short-cut Ctrl + B has to be used. If an indexer types in the word blank, that always needs to be deleted.

@Kathryn Riffel I am curious why you found it difficult to find out where to ask a question. Perhaps by detailing your experience it would help to improve the program.
