I was not successful in printing the 50 ancestors that I had researched and was ready to print. I think I messed up the print, but when I went to the Phoenix Temple to print the name cards, as I was told to do, they were not able to help me. I was allowed to sit at one of the temple computers and I figured it out - I pushed the FOR button and I printed one. The nice lady told me that the temple had to have the bar code, because I could not sit there and print the names off one by one. Can you help me? I am 80 years old and would like to get this work done for my ancestors. Kay Esther Dean.
