Questions for review of MSG4-PHV

• The first entry on page one is for William Taylor who has been "Excluded." The previous image doesn't shed any light on this image, so I have what I see. Project instructions don't address exclusions, so the first entry is not indexed. The subsequent four entries have been indexed as burials using the first entry's exclusion date as the burial date based on the following project instruction, "In register-type documents, the event year was generally written just once for multiple records. This date applies to all subsequent records until a new date was indicated." Comments appreciated.
