Catalog Problems ?
This morning (from New Zealand), I have found many different records from the Netherlands that were previously accessible without restriction to be now apparently microfilm-only. The records come from a range of different record custodians in different places across the country. As a matter of public policy, archives in the Netherlands never charge for access to records or impose restrictions on viewing records. Therefore I doubt that contractual changes are the cause.
Is a FS staff member able to confirm whether these are genuine contractual changes or an IT issue with the catalog?

I am in Australia (non LDS church member) and for the three links you provided, I can view the images on my home computer. Perhaps when you tried, there was maintenance of the FS computer network, or it was overloaded in some way, which in the past I have found can give false results. Alternatively as is always being advised for all types of problems, try clearing your browser history.

Like Maureen, I can view those films from home (in the U.S.). There was a similar report in the Hungarian-language category yesterday (Slovakia church books that suddenly went film-reel-only for someone, with no reason); that user reports that clearing cookies fixed it.

I tried again (without clearing cookies or changing any settings), and I was able to access the films. Perhaps there was a short-term IT issue. Thanks to both of you for the help.
