It was much easier adding someone to the Consultant planner when we had a choice between sending an email, and filling in the person's birth date, name and helper number. If they are sitting next to you, it takes far less time.

Thank you for your feedback. Have you tried the new option where you add the person's name and the software gives you a link that you can have them quickly accept the planner? You can still quickly help a person with their name, birthdate, and helper number. However, this only allows you one time access to view their account. If they would like you to help them for a longer period of time, the others options for access are required to gain their permission.

How do I use the Helper Number to access someone else's tree that I am trying to help? I cannot find anything about this.

The Help Others feature is at the top right corner of the browser screen when you are on any Tree or Person page. Since the feature allows you to only help others with Tree functionality, that is where you can find the Help Others button.
