Is the Portal down?
We are a family history center in Columbia, Maryland. We cannot gain access to the premium websites normally accessible through the Portal. Unit 3335046
Not sure when the problem began, possibly last night. (Tuesday, 3 May)

The portal is still down in the Columbia Maryland family history center as of 1345 today. (1:45 pm).
I called Salt Lake City's help line and they reported that the portal is down for all of North America; it remains down in Maryland as we speak.

The issue has been repaired. IF you can't connect to the portal, we recommend that you reboot the computer before calling to report that the Portal is not working. They will need to take at least two screenshots of the computer and send the screenshots to another department to get your center back on the portal.

Don't know which other department but here are the screen shots from this morning, 5 May 2022 at 0600. The portal is still inaccessible. Thank you for your support.
The messages we are seeing indicate the extension is installed in Chrome already.
