I discovered an incorrect record title. The record lists "O W Bean." It should be "O U Bean."

This is the citation: "Utah, LDS Mission Calls and Recommendations, 1877-1918," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSQN-JVL2?cc=2553860&wc=QDYY-8NP%3A1589444816 : 14 September 2016), 101836274 > image 30 of 53; The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Church History Department, Salt Lake City.

The letterhead shows it comes for O U Bean. His signature, shown two images over, can be mistaken for a "W" but is also recognizable as an "U".

For additional confirmation, see Golden Sheaves from a Rich Field: A Centennial History of Richfield, Utah, 1864-1964 pg. 220

I see where the O U Bean has been misnamed as O W Bean in the FamilySearch Hints. Many of the records can be corrected using the Edit button on the top middle button below the name. Unfortunately your record cannot at the present time. Perhaps it is because the record comes from the Church History Department. FamilySearch is not reindexing records, but hopefully all of the records with images will soon have the capacity to edit. I guess we will just have to be patient for that time to come.
