I would like to create a group for my Ward. We often have youth who need names and older adults who are looking for help doing ordinances for the names they have. (especially baptisms). How do I go about creating a ward group? Ann

Follow the instructions in the blog article. You create a ward group by creating a family group and inviting your ward members to join it; just like you would any family group. This time the "family" is your ward.

I am having trouble sharing ordinances with the group…the “share button” is grayed out and cannot be selected. Any tips?

Ordinances that you reserved to your own My Reservations list that were previously shared to the shared temple list cannot be shared with a family group. When you reserve these ordinances, they are green icon with a little clock. This means that you personally will do the ordinances within 120 days.
If you are not able to do the ordinances in this time frame, please unreserve them and they will return to their place on the shared temple list for either another user or a temple to complete the work.
Since they are already shared with one process by another user (the shared temple list), they cannot be shared to another process by you (a family group).
You will also notice that on these ordinances on your My Reservations list, that under the Date column, they indicate the following:

Is there any way to share individual ordinance with the group?
